Serendipity Communications is a strategic communications, public relations and business development firm located in the heart of America’s Midwest in southeastern Wisconsin. We offer strategic communication services using both new and traditional media to deliver key messages that build brand exposure and engage consumers. We specialize in working with governmental bodies, nonprofit organizations along with small and emerging businesses.
Alicia Griffin, Serendipity Communications’ founder, has experience that spans nearly three decades in communications and public relations. She has worked with and maintains many long-term partnerships with corporate executives, public officials and leaders of nonprofit organizations in strategic planning, crisis communications and corporate positioning. During Alicia’s career, she has provided strategic counseling and communications support to corporate leaders, elected officials and community organizations. This occurred while serving in various roles at McDonald’s Corporation, WeEnergies, Milwaukee County, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, The Milwaukee Community Journal, Hansberry Sands Theatre Company and the former Milwaukee Inner City Arts Council.
In 2011, Alicia was featured in the inaugural edition of Who's Who in Black Milwaukee.
